In fact, a study conducted by researchers at the University of Groningen, Netherlands, found that NLP can do a number of tasks, from analyzing customer data to generating personalized messages.<\/p>\n

This includes the standard customer service inquiries, to name but a few. To be sure, a good portion of these interactions are purely manual, requiring the company’s skilled staff to do the heavy lifting.<\/p>\n

A recent survey of water utilities in the United States found that most utilities handle an impressive number of customer complaints each year.<\/p>\n

While this isn’t the first time the cybercriminal community has shown interest in using ChatGPT, this was the first instance where the attacker created malware.<\/p>\n
